The purpose of putting together this book is twofold. Firstly, to help the researchers from across the disciplines to understand the nuances of publication ethics during the formative stage of their research career. This learning is essential for young researchers in India and the sub-continent, The second purpose is to help the poor and needy students. During the COVID pandemic, families and guardians of many students faced challenges to support the education of their wards. Therefore, it is decided that the proceeds of the book's royalties may go to a fund created to support needy students with their fees. This book strictly as per UGC 2 Credit course for MPhil/PhD students as proposed by the UGC. Author Biography
Nimit Chowdhary is a Professor with Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He is BE (Mech Engg), MBA and PhD in Management with more than 27 years of postgraduate teaching and research experience. He has been a full professor for close to 14 years at Mizoram University, Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (Gwalior, Noida and Nellore) and now Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He has also been a professor at ITESM- MEXICO, Shaoxing University, CHINA. He has also taught at the University of Girona, SPAIN, University of Gotland, SWEDEN, GEA Academy SLOVENIA. Recently, he was Adjunct Professor with Arizona State University. His has supervised 15 PhDs, authored eight books, edited four books, and contributed more than 140 papers. He has had funded research support from UGC, ICSSR, AICTE and MoT-GoI.
Sarah Hussain is an Associate Professor and Head, Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Jamia Millia Islamia. Previously, she worked as the Principal of BCHMCT-New Delhi, with 24 years of experience, including Taj Group of Hotels, Times of India, Times Warner Group, and Berggruen Education. An alumnus of prestigious Mayo College Girls School – Ajmer, and Institute of Hotel Management - Aurangabad (under Taj Group of Hotels), holds a Master's Degree in Hotel Management and a PhD degree in Hospitality. She has served as the editor and co-editor of four issues of IJAHRT (journal), four books, and Yuva- a newsletter.
