Dr Priyadarshan Lakhawat is a two-time National award winner for the Best Teacher in Hospitality Education from Ministry of Tourism besides numerous other accolades including Best Employee award at Oberoi Hotels and Indian Hospitality Educator’s award. An alumnus of IHM Bhopal, he has nearly 28 years of academic experience in various leadership roles at institutes like IHM Ahmedabad, IHM Gurdaspur and IHM Jaipur. Currently he is posted as Director (Academics) at NCHMCT under Ministry of Tourism, GoI. Dr. Lakhawat is a Master Trainer for Certified Learning Facilitator program of NCHMCT. He has been a member of the syllabus committee for NCHMCT and also for the CBSE. He is a published author with four books and more than 20 research articles to his credit. He is a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) from AHLA, USA and Qualified Learning Facilitator (QLF) from Lausanne Switzerland. More than 40 conferences, seminars and workshops attended by him include Management Development Program by MOT with an international exposure to Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, DTS and DOT by DOPT and courses on Neurolinguistic programming. Travelling, Reading and his passion for India's Food History occupy Dr Lakhawat in his free time.


Dr. Abhinav Mishra did B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from I.H.M, Lucknow. He has done his Master in Hotel Management & EURODIP from Perpignan University, France. He has also has done Master in Tourism Management & M.B.A (International Business). He did his Doctoral of Philosophy from Hotel Management Dept., Manipal University, Jaipur. He has many research paper publications in national & international reputed Scopus journals. Dr. Mishra has qualified Common Entrance Test (2012) & National Eligibility Test (2013) in Tourism Administration & Management. He has also done A1 Level Certification in French Language from DELF, Alliance Francaise. He has authored chapters of different courses of Self Instruction Material (SIM) of Uttarakhand Open University, Haldwani. He has written books on green practices in hotel industry & cultural art tourism of Uttarakhand. He has vast industry & academic experience of 17 years in France, U.S.A & India. He has worked with reputed international hotel brands like Marriott, Sofitel, and Boscolo Plaza. He has worked with premier academic institutions like S.G.T. University, Gurgaon & IHM Lucknow. Dr. Mishra is a Certified Learning Facilitator (CLF) qualified from NCHMCT, Noida. He has been currently working as Lecturer at NCHMCT, Noida (An Autonomous Body under Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India).
