Author Biography
Professor (Dr.) M. Z. M. Nomani specializes in Comparative and Transnational Law and engaged in interdisciplinary approach to legal teaching and research since last 30 years at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Besides serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Chairperson of the Department of Law, he authored numerous books and research papers Intellectual Property, Environmental, and Competition Law., having also served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at AMU.
Professor (Dr.) Aditya Tomer is the Dean of Galgotias University’s law school in India. He is a prolific scholar who has written more than 90 books, monographs, and research papers for reputable academic and professional journals. In fields including human rights, business law, clinical legal education, alternative dispute resolution, and the right to information, his research places a strong emphasis on empirical and trans disciplinary methods.
Professor (Dr.) Shikha Dimri is a Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Law, UPES, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She has 18 years of teaching experience and was awarded a Gold Medal during her LLB from HNB Garhwal Central University, Srinagar, Uttarakhand.
Dr. Abdullah Samdani is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Presidency University, Bengaluru. He pursued his PhD from the School of Law, UPES, Dehradun. He received a Gold Medal from Aligarh Muslim University, a Silver Medal and the Shri Baljit Shastri Award from Amity University, Noida.
