By engaging with these real-life situations, readers gain a deeper understanding of how management principles operate in practice.
The book is equally valuable for academic learning and personal development. Written in a simple, practical, and reader-friendly style, the book is structured to facilitate discussion, classroom interaction, and independent analysis. Each case is presented in a clear and grounded manner, allowing readers to interpret situations from multiple viewpoints and formulate their own solutions. This flexible approach makes the book an effective resource for classroom teaching, group discussions, workshops, management training programmes, and self-learning.
The case studies have been carefully designed to meet the needs of undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing management and professional programmes.
